In 2005 Tommy met Scooter Mike the owner of Scootertronics and became his mechanic. Tommy took all his skills he learned on motorcycles and put it towards the scooter repair industry. They became one of the best in the US for upgrades and repairs, building hundreds of custom scooter engines and scooters.

Tommy also started The Mid Atlantic Scooter Racing Commission and with the help of Scootertronics started racing scooters. Now Tommy is running a shop of his own with the help of his wife Mary, together they have started Scooter Thunder.

Don't worry Tommy still does all the R & D for Scootertronics and Scooter Thunder is located in the same building as Scootertronics and you can still shop at Scootertronics for all the best scooter stuff.

Tommy and Mary opened Scooter Thunder 2011.
